Nebraska students will Go All Out! at this year’s National Convention

Update: This list has been updated to include all Nebraska competing and receiving awards at National FFA Convention. I can’t wait to see the results!

About a month ago, National FFA announced the theme of the 2014 National FFA Convention – Go All Out! – and that’s what Nebraska’s FFA members are doing!

The results are pouring in for national FFA and we can’t see how they do in their respective competitions in just a few months. The following students should all be congratulated for their hard work:

Travis A. Poppe, Crofton FFA Chapter – Poppe works for his family’s farm, Poppe Farms, where he manages swine and cattle and operates the diversified crop production of corn and soybeans.
American Star in Agriscience:
Patrick Arkfeld, Syracuse–Dunbar–Avoca FFA Chapter – Arkfeld conducts swine research in meat quality, genetics, waste management and more.
